Bake Crazy

While Andi was getting tattooed today I did some baking. I have a little box set of baking books that are entitled each of the following - desserts, choclate, muffins and baking. Today was the turn of my faviourite muffins but also a new attempt at baking. We made seed bread, apple and cinnamon muffins and toffee apple tart which I cannot wait to get my teeth into!

    We've both just had a slice of the toffee apple cake - it was so good! It's tempting to go back for seconds :)
